Job Description

*FEMALES PREFERRED*

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
Identify visitor needs and direct them to the appropriate person, department, or area
Answer and manage incoming calls professionally, redirecting when necessary
Maintain front desk security and visitor logs
Perform basic administrative tasks including handling mail, scheduling appointments, and managing supplies
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations
Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues as they arise
Prior front-desk or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
