Receptionist / Telecaller / Office Assistant

We are looking for a Receptionist / Office Assistant / Telecaller to join our Raipur team. The ideal candidate will handle office administration, client calls and assist the sales team with lead follow-ups. This role is best suited for someone with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic knowledge of digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries efficiently.
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for follow-ups and lead generation.
• Explain Digital Amigos’ services over the phone.
• Maintain lead and client data in Excel or CRM systems.
• Assist the sales and marketing team with daily coordination and scheduling.
• Handle administrative tasks like courier, documentation, and file management.
• Maintain the front desk area and ensure smooth office operations.
• Manage stationery, inventory, and office supplies.
• Support HR and management in day-to-day office activities.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
• 0-3 years of experience as Receptionist / Telecaller / Office Assistant.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good telephone etiquette and confident speaking skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and ability to multitask.
• Should be comfortable in making client calls and maintaining follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
