Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller Location: Maa Taarini Lubes and Oils Private Limited Department: Front Office / Customer Service Reports To: Office Manager / Admin Head / HR Manager Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage our front desk and handle incoming and outgoing calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage the front desk by answering queries and directing visitors appropriately. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain visitor logs. Telecalling Duties: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services. Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary. Follow up on leads and maintain call logs and records. Maintain customer database and update information as required. Gather feedback from customers and share with the relevant departments. Find Leads from Google Maps and search engines and call them to covert them as Customers Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred). Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Odia. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
