Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents, explaining Edgo’s overseas education services, and scheduling appointments for further counseling. Your role will be critical in nurturing leads and building trust with students looking to study abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the leads database.
• Provide accurate information about courses, countries, universities, and admission processes.
• Schedule appointments for walk-ins, virtual consultations, or counseling sessions.
• Maintain detailed records of all calls and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Follow up consistently with warm leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve basic queries about Edgo International services.
• Share timely feedback from students to improve marketing and counseling efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
• Basic understanding of overseas education processes is an advantage.
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
