Job Description

A telecaller job involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, or gather information, while also handling inbound calls for inquiries or complaints. Key responsibilities include explaining features, persuading customers, maintaining accurate call records, and meeting sales or engagement goals. The role requires strong communication and persuasion skills, the ability to handle pressure, and proficiency with call logging and CRM systems. Key responsibilities

  • Outbound calls: Initiate calls to new and existing customers to introduce products or services, conduct surveys, or follow up on leads.
  • Inbound calls: Answer incoming calls from customers to address their questions, resolve issues, and provide support.
  • Sales and lead generation: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing, and persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
  • Data management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, update customer databases, and document feedback for follow-up actions.
  • Customer engagement: Build rapport with customers, handle complaints professionally, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Target achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or call volume.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, or support teams to align strategies and improve processes.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Persuasion: Ability to use persuasive speaking and negotiation techniques.
