Tapovan Swiss Camps is a peaceful riverside retreat in Rishikesh, offering a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and hospitality. We provide luxurious tent stays, delicious meals, and a welcoming environment for travelers from around the world.
We are now hiring a Receptionist & Kitchen Manager who can handle both guest relations and dining operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain accurate guest entry records.
• Handle guest meal orders and coordinate breakfast, lunch, and dinner arrangements.
• Supervise the dining area – ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and smooth service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
• Manage kitchen inventory and ration; oversee staff responsibilities and hygiene.
• Communicate effectively between guests, kitchen, and management.
• Take full responsibility for kitchen operations and staff management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or hospitality manager.
• Must speak conversational English and have good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (own laptop preferred).
• Any degree accepted – hospitality background is a plus.
• Responsible, organized, and able to handle multitasking in a camp/resort environment.
