Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our organization and play an important role in making a positive impression on clients, visitors, and employees. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages when required. Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services. Maintain and update appointment schedules and calendars. Manage visitor logbook and issue visitor passes. Assist in administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Coordinate with other departments to support daily office operations. Handle general inquiries and provide information about the organization as needed. Ensure security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges). Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Pleasant and professional appearance. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Educational Qualification: Diploma / Graduation (Mention specific qualification if required). Additional Information: Working Hours: [e.g., 9 :30 AM to 6 :30 PM] Immediate Joining Preferred.
