Job Description

  • Welcome and greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage visitor logs.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Manage calendars, book appointments, and coordinate meeting logistics and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, and assist with office-wide emails.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and organized, manage office supplies, and oversee standard office equipment.
  • Address visitor questions and requests and provide general customer assistance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
