Receptionist / Customer Service – Volkswagen

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Volkswagen team. This role is the first point of contact for customers and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience
• Answer and direct phone calls, manage enquiries, and schedule appointments
• Assist customers with basic service information and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Manage customer check-in/check-out for service appointments
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, MS Office)

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
