Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using computer software applications.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the team by performing various tasks such as filing documents, photocopying, and scanning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in receptionist activities or related field (freshers can apply).
  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in computer operating systems and basic computer knowledge required; familiarity with MS Office an added advantage.
