Job Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and handling front desk inquiries
• Managing incoming & outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, couriers)
• Maintaining records, files, and documentation
• Assisting in day-to-day office administration tasks
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth office operations

Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling)
• Presentable and professional personality
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
