About the Role:

Personal Assistant cum Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for the Managing Director.
  • Handle basic correspondence, email communication, and documentation support.
  • Maintain meeting calendars, prepare minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist with visitor management, conference room bookings, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Support day-to-day administrative needs of the Business Head floor.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and workflow.

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • 23 years of experience in a similar role,

    or candidates resuming work after a career break

    are encouraged to apply.
