Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Pune (Hadapsar)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, greet visitors, manage phone calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.).
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
• Assist in basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication.
• Support HR/Administration in day-to-day office operations.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
