Receptionist - Male

Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-groomed, professional, and courteous Male Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk responsibilities, manage visitors and phone calls and support administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
• Handle front office operations, including receiving and dispatching mail/couriers
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized and presentable
• Assist with basic administrative duties (filing, scanning, scheduling)
• Coordinate with internal departments and support staff
• Manage appointments and meeting room bookings
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate (Any stream)
• Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred
• Good communication skills in English and [local language]
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanour
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Calm, courteous and customer-oriented attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
