• Mail: Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Scheduling: Scheduling appointments
• Files: Organizing and maintaining files and records
• Office supplies: Maintaining office supplies
• Administrative tasks: Managing administrative chores and organizational tasks
• Customer service: Responding to customer inquiries and handling client complaints
• Payment: Collecting payment
• Badges: Issuing guest badges
• IDs: Checking IDs
