We are MAC Aesthetics Hyderabad Kondapur, a growing Best skin and hair clinic company committed to delivering excellent service. We are looking for a receptionist to be the welcoming face of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors
Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Handle basic administrative tasks
Support office staff with daily operations
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Scheduling software)
