JOB DESCRIPTION

Noir Salon is indeed a premium brand under the umbrella of Looks Salon, a renowned chain known for its upscale and sophisticated approach to hair and beauty services. As a premium offshoot, Noir Salon emphasizes an even higher level of luxury, exclusivity, and personalized service compared to other Looks Salon locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Book and confirm appointments via phone calls, whatsapp and email
● Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts● Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability.● Inform clients about new services and discounts.● Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered.● Maintain a tidy reception area.● Order business cards, brochures and stationery as needed.

SKILLS REQUIREMENT

● Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Executive or similar role

● Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
● Familiarity with processing transactions● Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude● Solid organisation and record-keeping skills● An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances

SALARY

Salary is negotiable based on work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kamrup Metro, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
