Job Title: Receptionist – Immigration Services Office

About Us:

We are a growing immigration consultancy specializing in tourist visas, work permits, and student visas for Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, and Schengen countries. Our office is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages; forward inquiries to relevant staff.
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendar.
• Assist with document collection and basic client form filling.
• Keep reception area neat and organized.
• Maintain records and update client information in the system.

✅ Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
• Female candidates preferred
• Pleasant personality with good customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally.
• Prior experience in front desk or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
