We are looking for a smart , friendly , and well spoken receptionist to manage front desk responsiblities and provide excellent patient support .
Location - Aesthetica 360 Multispeciality clinic .
Timing - 11 am-8 pm
Position - Full -Time
Responsiblities-
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
Manage appoinments scheduling and phone calls.
Maintain patient records and front desk operations.
Coordinate with different departments (Skin, Hair, Slimming, Dental, Physiotherapy)
Requirements-
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, preferred)
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience preffered but not manditory
Friendly , Polite, and patient focused attitude.
