Our office is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. Job Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages; forward inquiries to relevant staff. Schedule appointments and maintain office calendar. Assist with document collection and basic client form filling. Keep reception area neat and organized. Maintain records and update client information in the system. ✅ Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and local language. Female candidates preferred Pleasant personality with good customer service skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp). Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally.
