We are hiring a responsible and enthusiastic Clinic Manager to manage front desk duties, assist doctors, handle clinic software and invoicing, take patient vitals, and support telecalling and overall clinic administration. Training will be provided. Basic computer knowledge (windows, excel) required. Candidates with DMLT or healthcare background preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist patients at the reception • Schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors • Take patient vitals (BP, temperature, weight, etc.) • Operate clinic management software for patient records, billing, and invoicing • Make enquiry and follow-up calls to patients (telecalling) • Support clinic administration and ensure smooth daily operations • Maintain cleanliness, stock, and readiness of the clinic Requirements: • Good communication and people-handling skills • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, software handling) • DMLT or healthcare qualification preferred • Ability to multitask and work independently • Freshers welcome – training will be provided
