•Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
•Manage incoming calls and correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.).
•Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and interviews.
•Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and other documentation.
•Support HR and admin departments with day-to-day operations.
