Job Description

Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors in a professional and compassionate manner
Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and walk-in management
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails; route queries appropriately
Maintain accurate patient records in the Hospital Management System (HMS)
Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, and clinical staff regarding patient flow
Collect basic patient information and guide patients through OPD processes
Manage front-desk documentation and daily registers
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Address patient queries and escalate concerns when required

Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate / HSC with relevant experience
13 years of experience as a receptionist in a hospital or clinic preferred
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with HMS and MS Office is an advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi preferred)
Professional appearance, multitasking ability, and patient-friendly attitude

Key Skills
