Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, service‑oriented receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will manage check‑ins/outs, reservations, guest inquiries, and support other front‑office functions while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly, verify identification, and complete check‑in/check‑out procedures.

- Handle all reservation channels (phone, email, walk‑ins) and maintain accurate room‑status records.

- Provide detailed information about rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions; upsell additional services when appropriate.

- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally.

- Process cash, credit‑card, and digital payments; issue receipts and maintain financial records.

- Keep the front desk tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

- Use hotel management software for bookings and guest profiles.

- Follow security, safety, and brand‑standard protocols at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
