Job Description

ROLE && RESPONSIBILITY :-

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Manage scheduling of meeting rooms and appointments as needed.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor logbooks, issuing visitor badges).
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
