Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, and redirect them appropriately.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate courier and postal services (incoming and outgoing).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Assist in office administration tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Handle inquiries about the office and provide accurate information.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and facility staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the HR/Admin team in organizing office events and activities.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and raise requisitions as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
