Job Description

We are looking for a receptionist for our school .
Timing- 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Pay - 5000/- per month

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
Maintain student attendance records and manage late arrivals/early dismissals.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Provide basic information about the school, admission process, and policies.
Maintain reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
Coordinate with teaching and administrative staff for smooth functioning.
Assist in clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Manage appointment schedules for the principal or school leadership.
Ensure security procedures are followed for all visitors entering the school.

Requirements:

Minimum 10+2 or graduate qualification.
Previous experience in an office or school environment preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
