Job Description

Zenlife Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 month of experience in a hospital or healthcare or any other sector setting and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination
• Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information responsibly
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient flow
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and basic administration tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 month experience in front office role
• Proficient in MS Office and hospital software systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
