Job Description

Job Summary: The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling incoming calls and emails, assisting with tour inquiries and bookings, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the tour company. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude. Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding tour packages and services. Provide detailed information about available tours, travel itineraries, and booking procedures. Assist in making tour reservations, issuing invoices, and collecting payments. Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for smooth tour execution. Maintain and update customer records and booking systems. Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times. Manage incoming and outgoing courier/mail services. Handle client complaints or redirect them to the appropriate department. Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
