Position: Receptionist Location: [Law Firm Office, Jaipur City] Firm Name: Adv. Gaurav Singhal & Associates Role Overview: हमारी Law Firm में आने वाले Clients और Visitors के लिए सबसे पहला संपर्क Receptionist होगा। यह भूमिका Clients का स्वागत करने, Phone Calls एवं Appointments को मैनेज करने, तथा Office की Admin Activities को सुव्यवस्थित करने के लिए जिम्मेदार होगी। Key Responsibilities: • Clients और Visitors का विनम्रता से स्वागत करना। • Incoming phone calls attend करना और उचित Advocate/Department को forward करना। • Appointments और Meetings की scheduling एवं calendar management। • Case files और documents की basic record-keeping। • Incoming और outgoing couriers तथा posts का प्रबंधन। • Office cleanliness और front desk की professional image बनाए रखना। • Advocate एवं staff को basic administrative support देना। • Emails और client queries का timely response/forwarding। ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Preference: B.A./B.Com./BBA)। • Communication Skills (Hindi & English दोनों)। • Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, Basic Internet)। • Pleasant Personality एवं Professional Attitude। • Confidential Information को संभालने की क्षमता। • Law firm / corporate office experience (preferred but not mandatory)। ⸻ Work Details: • Job Type: Full-time (Office-based) • Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) • Salary: As per experience and interview performance
