The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, managing phone calls (in-bound & out-bound), and providing administrative support. This role requires good communication skills (decent knowledge of English), a customer-centric approach, basic computer MS Office Knowledge and the ability to multitask efficiently. ~ Front Desk Management ~ Customer Interaction ~ Communication (inbound & outbound calls) ~ Administrative Support (data entry & document management) ~ Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure the studio is well-maintained ~ Query Handling & reporting ~ Outbound calls ~ Office Management
