Job Title: Receptionist Location: Bangalore (On-site, Full-time) Experience: 0–2 Years About the Role: We are looking for a smart, well-spoken Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities at our Bangalore office. This is an active role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle high volumes of phone calls, and coordinate effectively with the sales team. Who We Are Looking: For0–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing role Comfortable handling a large number of incoming calls throughout the day Good coordination and follow-up skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) Pleasant attitude with a professional and polite communication style Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Key Responsibilities: Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls Greet and assist walk-in visitors and clients Assign and forward customer calls or queries to the relevant sales team member Keep a log of calls, messages, and follow-ups Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely responses Maintain the reception area and handle basic office admin tasks Support daily operations by coordinating with internal departments What You’ll Get: A professional work environment with day-to-day operational exposure Opportunity to work closely with the sales and customer service teams Hands-on experience in front-office coordination and customer handling Internal growth opportunities within the team
