Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Manage front desk operations: handling calls, inquiries, and appointments.
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff for appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
  • Maintain records of clients and update the appointment management system.
  • Handle customer queries in-person and over the phone/email.
  • Ensure adherence to clinic protocols and customer service standards.
  • Handle billing and payments when required.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and stock coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Diploma in any field (preferred: hospitality or healthcare-related).
  • 13 years of experience in a similar front office or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, polite, and confident in handling clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software (training will be provided).
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
