Receptionist (Front Desk Executive)

As a Receptionist in the Manufacturing & Engineering industry located at Zank GIDC, Ahmedabad, your primary role will be to handle the front desk operations efficiently. You will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing administrative support to the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls appropriately - Maintain the reception area clean and organized - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments - Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Demonstrate good English communication skills - Display a smart and confident personality with a positive attitude - Practice professional telephone etiquette at all times Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role - Graduation in any discipline - Prior experience in the Manufacturing & Engineering industry is mandatory In addition to the job role and responsibilities, the company values fluency in English and Hindi languages.
