Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Female Receptionist to manage our front desk, create a welcoming environment for guests, and handle administrative and customer service tasks with efficiency and warmth. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating or inquiries. Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage booking systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth guest flow. Manage guest waitlists and communicate wait times clearly. Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism. Maintain daily reports, guest records, and front desk supplies. Ensure adherence to restaurant policies and grooming standards. Requirements: Female candidate preferred Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; diploma in hospitality is a plus Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of computer systems and POS software Pleasant personality with a professional appearance Fluent in Hindi and basic English (additional languages are a plus) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
