Job Description

Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner. • Answer and Direct phone calls in a Professional and Courteous manner. • Schedule appointments and manage the center's appointment calendar. • Manage patient information and maintain accurate records. • Consulting the patients regarding various health packages & Screening and best way for getting through their problems. • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as DSR,filing, data entry, and printing. • Ensure the front desk area is well-maintained and organized. • Arranging & Participating in the events of the centre to the best ways possible ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Should be Multitasking • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office,Billing software. • Previous experience in a Diagnostic Centre is preferred.
