Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk & Client Handling

• Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries promptly.
• Guide clients regarding services, packages, and ongoing offers.
• Manage client check-in and check-out processes.

2. Administrative & Managerial Tasks

• Supervise daily clinic operations and staff coordination.
• Maintain patient records and treatment logs.
• Ensure the clinic is well-stocked and organized (inventory management).
• Manage billing, payments, and cash register reconciliation.
• Handle vendor coordination for clinic supplies.

3. Marketing & Promotion

• Assist in planning and executing promotional activities.
• Coordinate with social media teams for content and offers.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals.

4. Patient Experience & Follow-ups

• Ensure every patient has a pleasant and professional experience.
• Conduct follow-up calls/messages post-treatment for feedback.
• Handle minor concerns or escalate to the doctor when necessary.

5. Professionalism & Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care.
• Support doctors and therapists during procedures when required (non-clinical support).

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Smart, well-groomed, and confident personality

• Good command over English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,111.02 - ₹24,323.14 per month
