Receptionist Cum Telecaller

We are looking for a smart, polite, and responsible Receptionist + Telecaller who can manage front desk duties, communicate with patients, and follow up with leads generated organically or through advertising. Key Responsibilities 🛎 Reception & Front Desk Management Greet patients and visitors warmly and guide them to the appropriate department. Maintain patient appointment schedules and daily OPD registers. Handle enquiry calls and provide correct information. Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area. 📞 Telecalling & Lead Management Call and follow up with leads generated via Google Ads, Meta Ads, or organic enquiries. Explain basic treatment information and fix appointments. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-up status, and conversions. Reconnect with old or dropped leads to increase patient footfall. Update the Doctor about important enquiries or urgent cases. 🗂 Record Keeping & Admin Work Maintain patient files, billing summary, and day-to-day hospital records. Assist in online form filling, follow-up sheets, and patient documentation. Coordinate with laboratory, nursing staff, and management when needed. Required Skills Excellent communication skills in Gujarati (must). Basic communication in Hindi & English preferred. Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets). Ability to handle pressure and maintain professional behavior. Prior hospital or clinic experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
