Job Title: Clinic Receptionist and Telecaller (Females Only)

Key Responsibilities:

Making Calls: Reach out to potential clients through phone calls who has shown interest in our services.

Client Engagement: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings, tailoring your approach to the specific needs and interests of each client.

Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential sales leads through effective questioning and listening skills.

Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through the decision-making process.

Achieving Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, leveraging your excellent persuasion skills.

Reporting: Keep accurate records of calls and sales, and provide regular updates to the management team.

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and Kannada Languages.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Previous experience in telesales/telemarketing is mandatory.
