About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Receptionist cum Sales Executive to manage front-desk operations and drive patient conversions for Stepcare Clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hospital reception experience, and the ability to promote our healthcare services and memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Patient Handling:

Manage reception desk operations with professionalism.

Greet, assist, and guide patients with appointments, billing, and general queries.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-up calls.

Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, and diagnostics team for smooth operations.

Sales & Patient Conversion:

Explain Stepcare's healthcare services, annual memberships, and packages to walk-in and telephonic enquiries.

Convert leads into registrations and memberships.

Maintain daily sales/enquiry report and achieve set targets.

Build strong relationships with patients to improve overall experience and retention.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and billing entries.

Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Assist in coordinating health camps, events, and marketing activities.

Support digital activities like posting content, handling feedback, and managing CRM entries.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Any Graduation or Post Graduation

experience as hospital/clinic receptionist or patient care coordinator.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales mindset with ability to explain services and convert leads.

Proficient in computer usage (MS Office, EMR systems, CRM tools).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused and presentable personality.

Preferred Traits:

Experience in Multi specialty or diagnostic setup.

Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Ability to handle pressure and maintain patient satisfaction.
