Receptionist cum Sales Executive (GYM)

Job Description:

Gold Gym, Noida is hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Receptionist cum Sales Executive to manage front desk operations and drive membership sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and a sales-oriented approach.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk and welcome walk-in clients professionally
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to gym enquiries
• Explain gym memberships, packages, and offers to prospective clients
• Convert walk-ins and enquiries into memberships
• Conduct follow-up and feedback calls for visiting clients
• Maintain client records, enquiry details, and daily sales reports
• Coordinate with trainers and internal staff for smooth operations
• Ensure a positive customer experience at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Strong sales and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Presentable, confident, and target-driven personality
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
