Job Title: Receptionist cum Office & Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, energetic and well-organized Receptionist cum Office Executive to manage front-desk operations, handle basic office coordination and assist in maintaining our showroom’s social media presence. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic knowledge of digital platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Customer Handling

  • Greet and welcome walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain visitor records and customer inquiry details.
  • Coordinate test drives, appointments, and customer follow-ups.
  • Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries related to vehicles.

Office & Admin Work

  • Assist in maintaining daily sales and inquiry reports.
  • Support documentation and coordination for vehicle delivery and RC transfers.
  • Manage coordination between sales and service teams.
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional setup at the front office.

Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Post regular updates on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Status.
  • Take photos/videos of cars for social media.
  • Reply to online inquiries and DMs promptly.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for content ideas, promotions & ads.
  • Help create reels, stories, and posts to boost engagement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp Web).
  • Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and short video content.
  • Pleasant attitude and customer-focused personality.
  • Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day office coordination.

Qualification:

  • Minimum: Plus Two / Graduate in any stream
  • Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Salary:

₹13,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience & skill)
