As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car-buying process. You will leverage your knowledge of our vehicle inventory and market trends to provide tailored recommendations and close sales. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor, inquiring about their vehicle needs and preferences. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including features, pricing, and financing options. Sales Process: Conduct test drives, present vehicle options, and effectively negotiate terms to achieve sales targets. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth transaction. Lead Generation: Identify and follow up on sales leads, both from inbound inquiries and outbound efforts, to expand the customer base. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in automotive regulations to provide informed recommendations. Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately, including sales contracts, financing agreements, and vehicle registrations. After-Sales Support: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role is preferred but not required. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive terminology and features. Basic understanding of financing options and sales techniques. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
