Job Description

Venkat Center for Aesthetic Health is seeking a Female professional and well-presented Receptionist with strong typing and computer skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational abilities to manage front office responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
• Prepare letters, reports, and documents with accurate typing.
• Maintain patient records and perform data entry in MS Office and related software.
• Provide administrative support to daily operations.

Requirements

• First preference for female candidates with hospital receptionist/front office experience.
• Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred.
• Graduate / Diploma with computer knowledge.
