We are looking for a smart, polite, and organized Receptionist & Computer Operator to manage front desk operations, handle parent queries, maintain attendance, and support administrative work. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Key Responsibilities:Greet parents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle phone calls, messages, and appointments. Maintain student/therapy records and attendance sheets. Support daily office coordination between departments. Manage emails, data entry, and digital records. Handle billing, receipts, and documentation work. Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the front desk. Skills Required:Good communication (English / Tamil / Hindi preferred). Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Email handling. Typing speed and accuracy. Professional attitude and presentable personality. Multi-tasking and time management.
