Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls using EPABX/NEC systems.
Greet and assist visitors, including foreign clients/guests, in a professional manner.

Administrative Support:

Manage hotel bookings, ticket bookings, and visa processing.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle basic office correspondence and document drafting.

Customer Service:

Act as a liaison for foreign clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Office Coordination:

Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and organized.
Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in computer operations, including MS Office and email drafting.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with hotel booking, ticket booking, and visa processing is essential.
Knowledge of EPABX/NEC systems is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Local residents of Navi Mumbai are preferred for this role.
