Job Title: Receptionist cum Admin - Only Female Candidates

Job Summary

The Receptionist cum Admin is responsible for managing front-desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and documents.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
  • Support HR and admin departments with documentation and filing.
  • Prepare basic reports, letters, and communication as required.

Office Coordination

  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with facility management for maintenance and office repairs.
  • Oversee housekeeping activities and ensure office cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory for pantry and stationery.

Record Keeping

  • Maintain records of office expenses, petty cash, and invoices.
  • Update employee contact lists and internal directories.
  • Ensure proper filing of documents, both digital and physical.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or administrative assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
