Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Office Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities -:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or staff

Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges

Support other departments with general office duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills -:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and attitude

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
