Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting visitors and patients in a warm and professional manner. This includes answering inquiries and providing necessary information to meet their needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing front desk operations by answering and directing phone calls, managing multi-line systems, and receiving visitors and mail deliveries efficiently. - Handling appointment scheduling by accurately scheduling and confirming appointments for patients or clients. - Maintaining record-keeping by ensuring patient or client records are up to date, including billing and administrative information, and organizing files effectively. - Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, managing correspondence, and monitoring and ordering office supplies to support the smooth functioning of the office. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software. - Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the specified location.,
