About the Role We are looking for a smart, pleasant, and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and handle administrative support activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments. Maintain visitor logs and manage the front office area. Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings. Manage daily courier, deliveries, and office correspondence. Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry. Coordinate with internal teams for office requirements and housekeeping. Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications Any bachelor’s degree will be preferred. 3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and discretion.
